Ingredients
- 32 oz white cranberry juice
- 16 oz lemonade (fresh or concentrate diluted)
- 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, cooled)
- 4 oz coconut water
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Dissolve the simple syrup completely in a separate cup; let cool to room temperature.
- In a pitcher, combine white cranberry juice, lemonade, coconut water, peppermint extract, and salt; stir well.
- Add cooled simple syrup and stir to combine. Pre-chill in the fridge for 15 minutes if possible.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
- Set machine to Slush mode and freeze for 35–45 minutes. Slush is ready when the auger churn changes pitch.
Garnish: Crushed candy canes or white chocolate shavings
