Ingredients

• 8 oz light rum
• 12 oz fresh lime juice (about 8-10 limes)
• 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 16 oz water
• 2 oz simple syrup

Method

1. Pour light rum, lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, water, and simple syrup into the FS300 vessel.
2. Stir well to combine and ensure condensed milk is fully incorporated.
3. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start.
4. Freeze for 20–25 minutes until desired slush consistency is reached.
5. Stir and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lime wheel or candied lime slice
