Ingredients

20 oz Simply Peach Juice
16 oz ginger ale (decarbonated)
2 fresh peaches, pitted and blended smooth
8 oz water
2 tbsp simple syrup

Method

Blend 2 fresh peaches until completely smooth; strain through fine mesh to remove pulp.
Pour ginger ale into a bowl and stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes to release carbonation (or let sit open for 15 minutes).
Combine Simply Peach Juice, blended peach purée, decarbonated ginger ale, water, and simple syrup in a pitcher.
Chill all ingredients in the fridge for 20 minutes before pouring into the Ninja Slushi vessel (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
Set machine to Slush mode and run for 35-45 minutes until slush texture forms. Dispense and serve immediately.

Garnish: Fresh peach slice or candied ginger coin
