Ingredients

• 16 oz ube syrup (or ube extract + purple food coloring)
• 24 oz coconut cream (canned, full-fat)
• 16 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 8 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz vanilla extract

Method

1. In a pitcher, whisk together ube syrup, coconut cream, and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
2. Stir in fresh lemon juice and vanilla extract to balance sweetness and add brightness.
3. Pour mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
4. Set machine to Slush mode and press start.
5. Freeze for 35-45 minutes until slush texture is reached (you'll hear the churn pitch change).

Garnish: Whipped cream + sprinkle of purple sugar
