Ingredients

• 32 oz strawberry juice
• 24 oz banana puree (or 3 ripe bananas blended)
• 28 oz coconut water
• 16 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
• 8 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz vanilla yogurt

Method

1. Combine strawberry juice, banana puree, coconut water, and simple syrup in a large bowl; stir until smooth.
2. Add fresh lemon juice and vanilla yogurt; whisk until fully incorporated.
3. Pour entire mixture into the FS605 Max vessel (should reach approximately 100–108 oz).
4. Select Slush mode and start; machine will freeze in 15–20 minutes.
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice and banana chip on rim
