Ingredients

• 24 oz prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
• 32 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
• 28 oz fresh lemon juice
• 20 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
• 8 oz water

Method

1. Pour prosecco into the FS605 vessel first.
2. Add strawberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water in order.
3. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start — machine will freeze in 20–25 minutes.
4. When complete, scoop into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
