Ingredients

• 16 oz whole milk (pre-chilled)
• 8 oz heavy cream (pre-chilled)
• 12 oz strawberry juice or strawberry puree (pre-chilled)
• 16 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar-water, cooled)
• 8 oz vanilla yogurt (pre-chilled)
• 4 oz strawberry syrup or concentrate

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour blended mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, stopping at the max fill line (64 oz).
3. Set machine to Milkshake mode.
4. Run for 35-45 minutes until the mixture reaches a thick, creamy slush consistency and the motor pitch changes.
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
