Ingredients

• 6 oz vanilla rum
• 16 oz coconut cream liqueur
• 20 oz pineapple juice
• 12 oz coconut milk
• 8 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz fresh lime juice

Method

1. Combine simple syrup with coconut milk in a pitcher and stir until smooth.
2. Add vanilla rum, coconut cream liqueur, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice; stir well.
3. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and press Start.
5. Freeze for 45–60 minutes until slush reaches desired consistency; serve with a spoon.

Garnish: Toasted coconut rim and lime wheel
