Ingredients

6 oz amaretto
8 oz coconut rum (or white rum)
16 oz pineapple juice
16 oz coconut cream (or cream of coconut)
12 oz water
2 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice

Method

Pre-chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
In a separate glass, stir the simple syrup and water together until fully dissolved; add to pitcher.
Pour amaretto, coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the max fill line (64 oz).
Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and run for 40–50 minutes until the slush reaches your desired consistency.
Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Toasted coconut rim with a lime wheel
