Ingredients
- 16 oz strong cold brew coffee (pre-chilled)
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz vanilla syrup
- 2 oz coffee liqueur syrup (non-alcoholic, e.g., Torani or homemade)
- 1 oz chocolate syrup
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Brew 16 oz strong cold brew coffee and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- In a separate container, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla syrup, coffee liqueur syrup, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until fully combined.
- Pour chilled coffee into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, then add the cream mixture. Stir gently to combine. Total should be ~37.5 oz.
- Set machine to Frappé mode and run for 35–45 minutes until slush reaches desired consistency.
- Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a straw.
Garnish: Cocoa powder rim + coffee bean
