Ingredients
- 16 oz strong brewed espresso or cold brew coffee, chilled
- 24 oz whole milk, chilled
- 8 oz half-and-half, chilled
- 6 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar-water ratio)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Brew 16 oz espresso or cold brew and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour chilled espresso, milk, half-and-half, simple syrup, and vanilla into the Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
- Set machine to Frappé mode and start.
- Wait 35-45 minutes — slush is ready when the churning sound becomes noticeably slower and slush pulls away from pitcher walls.
- Dispense into tall glasses and serve with a straw.
Garnish: Cocoa powder dusted on top
