Ingredients
- 16 oz strong brewed espresso or cold brew coffee, chilled
- 24 oz whole milk, chilled
- 8 oz heavy cream, chilled
- 6 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Brew strong espresso or cold brew and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate container, combine chilled milk, heavy cream, simple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until syrup dissolves completely.
- Pour coffee into Ninja Slushi pitcher, then add cream mixture. Stir gently to combine. Total volume should reach the 54 oz mark (well below max fill line of 64 oz).
- Set machine to Frappé mode. Press start and freeze for 35–50 minutes until the motor pitch changes and slush reaches desired consistency.
- Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a long spoon.
Garnish: Whipped cream and cocoa powder
