  1. Brew strong espresso or cold brew and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate container, combine chilled milk, heavy cream, simple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until syrup dissolves completely.
  3. Pour coffee into Ninja Slushi pitcher, then add cream mixture. Stir gently to combine. Total volume should reach the 54 oz mark (well below max fill line of 64 oz).
  4. Set machine to Frappé mode. Press start and freeze for 35–50 minutes until the motor pitch changes and slush reaches desired consistency.
  5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a long spoon.
