Ingredients

• 24 oz cold brew coffee (pre-chilled)
• 16 oz International Delight coffee creamer (or similar dairy coffee creamer, pre-chilled)
• 12 oz whole milk (pre-chilled)
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-chilled)
• 4 oz heavy cream (pre-chilled)

Method

1. Mix cold brew coffee, creamer, milk, simple syrup, and heavy cream in a large pitcher.
2. Stir well to combine and ensure simple syrup is fully dissolved.
3. Pre-chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Pour into Ninja SLUSHi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
5. Set machine to Frappé mode and start — slush will be ready in 30–40 minutes when the churn sound deepens.

Garnish: Whipped cream and a sprinkle of instant coffee powder
