Ingredients

• 1.8 oz limoncello
• 1.3 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.9 oz simple syrup
• 0.45 oz dry vermouth
• 43 oz cold water
• 0.5 oz allulose, powdered

Method

1. Pour limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup, and dry vermouth into the machine bowl.
2. Add cold water to reach the MAX FILL line.
3. Run on Frozen Cocktail mode for 50–60 minutes until slushy texture forms.
4. Stir gently and serve in chilled coupe glasses.

Garnish: Lemon wheel and crystallized sugar rim
