Ingredients

• 9 oz peach vodka
• 6 oz peach syrup
• 18 oz fresh lemon juice
• 12 oz water
• 3 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, pre-made or dissolved)

Method

1. Combine peach vodka, peach syrup, fresh lemon juice, water, and simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well to combine.
2. Pre-chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 48 oz max fill line.
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start.
5. Slush will be ready in 40–50 minutes — listen for the audible churn to slow and thicken. Dispense and serve immediately.
