Ingredients

• 15.4 oz fresh peach puree (about 4–5 medium peaches, pitted and blended)
• 11.5 oz tequila
• 15.4 oz water
• 3.8 oz fresh lime juice
• 1.9 oz granulated sugar (about 2 oz by weight)

Method

1. Blend or food-mill 4–5 peeled, pitted peaches into smooth puree; strain if you prefer fewer solids.
2. Pour peach puree, tequila, water, lime juice, and sugar into the FS300 vessel up to the max fill line (48 oz).
3. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start. Slush cycle runs ~20–25 minutes.
4. Pause and stir halfway through if the machine allows; resume until slushy consistency is reached.
5. Serve immediately into chilled glasses.

Garnish: Peach slice or tajín rim
