Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 16 oz coconut cream
• 12 oz light rum
• 20 oz water
• 6 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz coconut rum (optional garnish float)

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into the FS601 vessel up to the 96 oz max fill line.
2. Select Spiked Slush mode and start the cycle.
3. Once frozen to slush consistency (8–12 minutes), dispense into glasses.
4. Stir well before serving to break up any ice chunks.
5. Serve immediately with a straw.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut rim
