Strawberry Allulose Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 5 ingredients, 5 servings.
Serves 5 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 24 oz strawberry juice (fresh or bottled, strained)
- 20 oz water (pre-chilled)
- 3 tbsp allulose (about 1.5 oz by volume)
- 1/4 tsp monk fruit powder (optional, for sweetness boost)
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (brightens flavor, aids freeze)
Method
- Dissolve allulose in 4 oz warm water, then chill in fridge for 10 minutes until fully clear.
- Combine chilled strawberry juice, dissolved allulose solution, remaining 16 oz pre-chilled water, lemon juice, and monk fruit powder (if using) in a separate pitcher and stir well.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher — total should be ~45 oz, well below the 64 oz max fill line.
- Set machine to Slush mode and run for 35–50 minutes, checking texture at the 30-minute mark.
- Dispense when mixture reaches desired slush consistency (audible churn pitch will change).
Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
