Ingredients

• 24 oz light rum
• 32 oz pineapple juice
• 16 oz fresh strawberry puree (or frozen strawberries, thawed)
• 20 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, cooled)
• 20 oz cold water

Method

1. Combine rum, pineapple juice, strawberry puree, simple syrup, and cold water in a large pitcher and stir until evenly mixed.
2. Pour mixture into the FS605 Max vessel up to the MAX FILL line (112 oz).
3. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start.
4. Freeze cycle will complete in approximately 20–25 minutes; machine will alert when ready.
5. Scoop into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and strawberry slice on rim
