Ingredients
- 12 oz strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 8 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 20 oz water (or additional cooled coffee for stronger flavor)
- 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water, cooled)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Method
- Brew 12 oz strong coffee and let cool to room temperature (or chill in fridge 15 min).
- In the FS301 pitcher, combine cooled coffee, sweetened condensed milk, water, simple syrup, and salt. Stir well until condensed milk is fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into pitcher up to the 64 oz MAX FILL line (you should be around 42 oz total).
- Set machine to Frappé mode and start. Machine will reach slush consistency in 35–45 minutes.
- When the churn sound changes pitch or thickens, dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Cinnamon stick or coffee bean
