Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the activities that are not permitted on Slushology, operated by Esquared Hospitality Ventures LLC d/b/a Slushology. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By using Slushology you agree to comply with this AUP.
Prohibited activities
1. Illegal use
You may not use Slushology for any unlawful purpose, including violating any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, or ordinance.
2. Harm to others
- Using Slushology to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any individual
- Posting content intended to incite violence or harm
- Targeting minors with alcohol-containing recipes or content
- Posting medical, dosing, or treatment advice that could cause harm if followed
3. Fraud and deception
- Impersonating other users, Esquared Hospitality Ventures LLC d/b/a Slushology staff, or third-party brands
- Posting false reviews, ratings, or testimonials
- Misrepresenting recipe attribution or origin
- Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent billing information
4. Commercial misuse
- Selling, sharing, or trading prescription medications or controlled substances
- Operating undisclosed promotional accounts
- Reselling Slushology Pro access without authorization
- Using Slushology to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
5. Technical abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting Slushology content at scale without written permission
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the app
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the platform without permission
- Introducing malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt service
- Overloading the service with automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or excessive resource consumption
6. Intellectual property abuse
- Posting content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights
- Using Slushology brand names, marks, or logos without written permission
- Misrepresenting an affiliation with Slushology, SharkNinja, Ninja, or any third-party brand
Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice:
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate this AUP
- Cooperate with law enforcement or court orders regarding violations
- Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by AUP violations
