If you text our support number at (617) 397-3502, your message and phone number are used to respond to your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS. Full SMS program terms — including opt-out, frequency, and carrier disclaimers — are at /sms-terms.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We do not send SMS without consent. Inbound text contact to our support number is itself the consent signal. We maintain records of inbound message receipt including phone number, timestamp, and message contents.

We use industry-standard security including HTTPS/TLS in transit, encrypted database connections, and AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store with KMS encryption for secrets. Database backups are encrypted at rest.
We use a single httpOnly session cookie (slushology_session) to keep you signed in. We use a 30-day referral attribution cookie when you arrive via a /r/ link. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Slushology is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
