Slushology operates a transactional SMS messaging program ("Program") to provide customer support to users of the Slushology slushie recipe application. The Program is operated by Slushology (the "Program Sponsor") and reachable at (617) 397-3502.
You opt in to the Program by initiating contact with us — sending an inbound text message or voicemail to (617) 397-3502. We do not send SMS unless you have first contacted us. Inbound message receipt is the consent signal.
Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Slushology accounts use email-based magic-link authentication; SMS is exclusively for support communication you initiate.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries. Typically you will receive 1-3 messages per support thread. We do not send recurring messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START or send us a new inquiry message.

The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your phone number or share it for marketing purposes. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain records of consent including the phone number, date/time of inbound message, and the message contents.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to enroll in the Program.
We may modify or cancel the Program or its terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or on this page. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance.
