Slushology is a software service that generates AI-powered slushie recipes calibrated to specific consumer slushie machines, with diagnostic and recipe-history features. We operate the service at slushology.app.
By using Slushology you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
By using our platform, you agree to:
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. The "Founding Slusher" tier ($36/year, capped at 100 redemptions) maintains its discounted price for the duration of the subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of charge.
Slushology operates a transactional SMS support program. Customers may initiate contact by texting our support number at (617) 397-3502. After you initiate contact, we may reply via SMS to resolve your inquiry. The program is reactive — we do not send unsolicited promotional SMS.
Slushology is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SharkNinja, Ninja Kitchen, or any slushie machine manufacturer. References to specific machine models (e.g. "Ninja SLUSHi FS301") are nominative — the recipes are calibrated to publicly documented physical specifications.
If you make your profile public, your display name, handle, bio, and recipes you have marked public become viewable at https://slushology.app/u/<handle>. You retain ownership of your content. By making content public you grant Slushology a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Recipes are generated by AI and may not always work as expected — verify ingredients, sugar content, and alcohol content match your machine's tolerances. Slushology is not responsible for ruined batches, damaged equipment, or other consequences of using generated recipes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slushology's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
