Refund Policy

Slushology is operated by Esquared Hospitality Ventures LLC d/b/a Slushology. This Refund Policy describes how we handle refunds for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. Subscription billing

Slushology Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Pro access until then.

2. Pro monthly subscription refunds

Monthly Pro subscribers may request a refund of the most recent monthly charge within 7 days of that charge if you have not used core Pro features (recipe scaling, mode tuning, the Lab, exclusive recipe drops). After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

3. Pro annual subscription refunds

Annual Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial annual charge. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of the paid year and may cancel future renewals at any time.

4. Founding Slusher subscriptions

Founding Slusher subscriptions are limited-quantity, lifetime-discounted plans capped at 100 redemptions. They are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the founding rate is non-refundable. If refunded, the founding seat returns to the pool and may be claimed by another member.

5. One-time purchases

One-time purchases (such as the Slushology Starter Guide or recipe books) are eligible for refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded the digital content or, in the case of physical goods, have returned the unused product in original condition.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation without refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already made (subject to the windows above).

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may immediately suspend your account. Please email us first — we resolve nearly all billing concerns within one business day.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrated fraud or abuse of the refund policy. We also reserve the right to issue refunds beyond the standard windows at our discretion in cases of legitimate billing errors or hardship.
