Ingredients

• 16 oz coconut cream (canned, shaken)
• 12 oz dark rum substitute (non-alcoholic, e.g., Seedlip or skip for pure coconut-coffee)
• 14 oz cold brew coffee (pre-chilled)
• 12 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 8 oz chocolate syrup
• 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio)

Method

1. Shake the canned coconut cream thoroughly to emulsify.
2. In a large pitcher, combine cold brew coffee, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, and simple syrup. Stir until fully dissolved.
3. Add the coconut cream and stir well.
4. Pour into Ninja SLUSHi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
5. Set machine to Slush mode and run for 40-50 minutes until consistency changes to thick slush.

Garnish: Whipped cream and chocolate drizzle
