Ingredients

• 3.8 oz Baileys Irish Cream
• 1.9 oz caramel syrup
• 7.7 oz half and half
• 5.8 oz whole milk
• 26.9 oz water
• 1.9 oz sweetened condensed milk

Method

1. Pour water into the machine bowl first.
2. Add half and half, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Stir in caramel syrup until fully dissolved.
4. Add Baileys Irish Cream and stir well.
5. Fill to MAX FILL line, select Frozen Cocktail mode, and freeze 60–75 minutes until slushy.

Garnish: Caramel drizzle on rim
