Ingredients

• 24 oz Coca-Cola (decarbonated)
• 6 oz white rum (40% ABV)
• 20 oz fresh lime juice
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 4 oz cold water

Method

1. Decarbonate the Coca-Cola by pouring into a bowl and stirring vigorously for 1-2 minutes, or let sit uncovered for 15 minutes.
2. Pour decarbonated Coke, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and cold water into the Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
3. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode.
4. Freeze for 35-45 minutes until the pitch of the motor changes and slush reaches desired consistency.
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lime wheel and fresh mint sprig
