Ingredients
- 16 oz cold brew coffee, chilled
- 8 oz vodka
- 4 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or equivalent)
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1.5 oz chocolate syrup
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz half-and-half
- 0.5 tsp instant espresso powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Whisk instant espresso powder into cold brew coffee until fully dissolved; let chill 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate syrup, simple syrup, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Combine chilled coffee mixture, vodka, coffee liqueur, cream mixture, and half-and-half in a pitcher.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
- Set machine to Frappé mode and freeze for 45–55 minutes until slushy consistency is reached.
- Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
