Ingredients

• 16 oz fresh strawberry juice (or pureed + strained)
• 8 oz fresh lemon juice
• 12 oz water
• 6 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
• 4 oz red wine vinegar
• 2 oz strawberry liqueur (Giffard or Bols)

Method

1. Combine strawberry juice, lemon juice, water, and simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well until syrup dissolves completely.
2. Add red wine vinegar and strawberry liqueur; stir to combine.
3. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (you will have ~48 oz total).
4. Set machine to Slush mode and let freeze for 35–45 minutes until consistent slush texture forms.
5. Dispense into glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim.
